the parcel was not even properly packed, they just sent then lamp in a bubble wrap with zero relevance from the sender, there was no name of the brand and that was pretty disappointing. The kind of adapter they've given felt like a joke, it is really small, have loose wire to connect to the lamp, the cable is just a full palm sized that should be long enough to be placed properly into the socket on the wall so that lamp could be placed properly, the LEDs are the most sensitive part and they're not having any kind of protector around them that if anyone accidentally touch the lamp it will leave them with a mark for a few days cuz LEDs start getting hot..there was no manual or any user guide to help and we managed on our own..
as you can see in the attached picture that not a single specification was mentioned to help and there wasn't any sign that it is from neo walls.pk...and it clearly says LED strip but we have ordered the lamp.. everyone knows the average height of the socket at our places and the length of this wire of adapter has ruined the expectations..and that's why it's just 2 stars.
